ReadyGenome provides whole genome sequencing and secure digital storage of genomic data for individuals and pets. We are a storage and preparedness service, not a diagnostic laboratory. We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical interpretations of genomic data.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of an eligible U.S. state. Our service is not available in states that require physician orders for direct-to-consumer genetic testing.
You are responsible for providing your biological sample using the collection kit we provide. Samples must be collected according to the included instructions. We are not responsible for samples damaged during shipping or improperly collected.
The initial sequencing fee includes 3 years of secure digital storage. After the initial storage period, continued storage is $19 per year. We will notify you before any storage charges. You may download your data and cancel at any time.
Your genomic data belongs to you. We store it on your behalf but do not claim ownership. You may request deletion at any time.
ReadyGenome is not a medical service. We do not provide diagnoses, treatment plans, or medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Genomic data should be interpreted by qualified professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyGenome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
